We are living through exceptional circumstances and as each day passes our world is changing. Yoga is a science that supports the body AND the mind. This is more important than ever as we navigate these uncharted waters. These offerings are available to all as we practice from home, the park or any place that is safe. 

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact me. I would love to support you in your practice and have class passes available for those who need it.

The best of the Yin and Yang aspects of yoga fused together for an all encompassing body, mind, soul experience! Enjoy a warming but accessible vinyasa sequence to open the body and release tension before settling down for the Yin postures to deeply nourish and release physical and mental tension.

Enjoy a succinct practice that combines the elements of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with the restorative qualities of Yoga Nidra.
