​ Join Raewyn for a unique workshop designed to guide young girls through an open, supportive conversation about the menstrual cycle. This circle offers a safe space to understand the changes that come with a first period and provides practical tools for self-care, all through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. ​ What We’ll Cover: Demystifying the menstruation process: what really happens in your body How the menstrual cycle works and what to expect from your period Understanding normal vs. abnormal symptoms Hormonal changes and how they affect mood, energy, and overall well-being Ayurvedic approaches to taking care of yourself during your cycle ​ This workshop is designed specifically for girls aged 8 and up, accompanied by their mothers or female carers. It is a gentle, discreet environment for learning, with a focus on nurturing, health, and personal empowerment. ​ What This Workshop Is Not: This is not a sex education workshop. The focus is entirely on understanding the menstrual cycle and how to navigate it with confidence. Important Details: Minimum age: 8 years For women and girls only Mothers/female carers must stay and actively participate Join us as we create a space for connection, learning, and support, empowering both girls and their caregivers to approach this important milestone with knowledge and confidence.

Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT • For bookings made 30 days or less to the date of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. • For bookings made 30 days or more to the date of check-in, a deposit of 10% of booking total is required at the time of booking and the balance will be invoiced to guest with milestone payments - final balance must be paid 45 days prior to your arrival. 5. CANCELLATION • If you cancel a minimum of 3 months prior to your arrival date, your will be credited your balance less deposit paid. In certain circumastances, refunds may be provided, however these can take up to 90 days to process. • If you cancel between 3 – 1 month of your arrival date, 50% of your total booking will be charged as a cancellation fee • If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of your total booking tariff will be charged as a cancellation
