Vinyasa + YIN Yoga

The best of the Yin and Yang aspects of yoga fused together for an all encompassing body, mind, soul experience! Enjoy a warming but accessible vinyasa sequence to open the body and release tension before settling down for the Yin postures to deeply nourish and release physical and mental tension.

These classes are open to all levels and modifcations can be offered to pre and post natal students. 

Winter Solstice Yin Workshop

The soothing and contemplative practice of Yin Yoga invites us to balance the outward focus with an inward glance. In this gentle practice, we focus on the organs of Winter and prepare ourselves for the change of seasons. This is a truly unique experience as you will be bathed in sound healing whilst marinating in each of the yin postures.

Consider this an invitation to slow down and surrender to the joy of the present whilst cultivating stillness to turn your gaze inward.


Yin Yoga fuses the ancient practices of Chinese Medicine with Indian Yogic philosophy. Poses are passive and floor based encouraging you to find softness and stillness. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues throughout the body and promotes wellness, boosts immunity, prevents injuries and improves flexibility and range of movement.
