Looking for a fun and engaging activity for your children this school holidays? Join Raewyn for a morning of kids yoga.
This workshop is for children aged 4years - 10years. Spaces are limited.
Ticket includes a coffee for you to enjoy.

What to bring?
Please make sure that your child has a water bottle and yoga mat. It is recommended that your child bring a hat and wear sunscreen

Raewyn discovered yoga in primary school, practicing alongside her mother and began to explore the practice as a means for deeper self understanding and healing. For the last 8 years, Raewyn has taught Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga across a range of incredible settings including overseas retreats, corporate workplaces, gyms, classrooms and yoga studios.
Raewyn teaches a strong flowing practice and encourages playful and honest self exploration. She believes that by finding moments of stillness on the mat, we can create more space, richness and joy in our lives.
