Beginners yoga flow is a dynamic practice that focuses on the asana (posture practice) with alignment cues to support everybody in experiencing the benefits of yoga. Open to all levels including beginners. *modifications available for pregnant students.

Preschool and Primary School Yoga Programs
Our Children's Yoga Program is an engaging way to introduce children to mindfulness and movement that can support them through their early years of education. Children are guided through a fun and interactive practice that is themed around stretching and movement, breath work and balance. Each week the children explore a yoga adventure or theme that builds body awareness and confidence in an all inclusive environment.
