We will begin our day together with an opening tea circle. Let the serenity of nature envelop you as we embark on a journey of reconnection amidst lush greenery of this incredible property in Thirlmere NSW. Raewyn Fernandez will lead you through a nourishing yin yoga practice to support you in reconnecting to self, slowing down and returning to balance. No matter your level of experience, this yoga session is tailored to nurture both body and spirit, fostering a sense of inner peace and vitality.

Indulge your senses with a wholesome lunch prepared on-site by Nina Brown, a culinary artist devoted to the nourishing benefits of whole foods. Savour each bite as you delight in the vibrant flavours and wholesome goodness.

Following lunch, engage in an Ayurvedic discussion, learning practical tools that can be applied to everyday life. We will blend teas using organic herbs to curate a perfect blend as unique as you.
