Spring Ayurveda
Cooking Workshop
A Seasonal, Hands-On Experience in My Home Kitchen
My home kitchen in Thirlmere, NSW
2026 dates coming soon
You're invited to something deeply special.
Each season, I welcome a small group of women into my home for a nourishing, sensory-rich Ayurvedic cooking workshop. This is more than just a cooking class. It’s a return to the roots. A remembering. A reclaiming of the kitchen as a place of healing, ritual, and deep connection.
What to Expect
This is a hands-on, immersive workshop where you’ll learn the foundations of Ayurvedic cooking and eating, rooted in ancient wisdom and made practical for modern life.
Together, we’ll explore:
-
The six tastes and how they impact your body, mind, and emotions
-
How to support your Agni (digestive fire) through seasonal, well-spiced, cooked meals
-
How to prepare Ayurvedic staples like kitchari, digestive teas, ghee, and grounding spice blends
-
How food becomes medicine when we learn to listen to our body’s changing needs
-
How to eat mindfully and seasonally to support your hormones, nervous system, and energy levels
You’ll chop, stir, roast, grind, and plate, side by side with us, while learning about the energetics behind each ingredient, and the “why” behind Ayurvedic choices in the kitchen.

This Workshop Is For You If...
You’ve been curious about Ayurveda but want to feel it in practice, not just read about it
You’re craving new rituals and rhythms in the kitchen that support your hormones and digestion
You feel burnt out or overwhelmed and want to nourish yourself from the inside out
You’re a mother, carer, or woman who often feeds others but is ready to reconnect with food as healing
You want to experience Ayurvedic cooking as a joyful, grounding act of Sadhana (devotion)
