Āyurveda & the Subtle Body Teacher Training
A 50-Hour Immersion in Prāṇa, Energetic Anatomy & the Wisdom Behind Yoga
For the teacher who wants to go deeper, and the student who feels there’s more.
This 50-hour Yoga Alliance–accredited training is an immersive exploration of the subtle body: the unseen architecture of energy, consciousness, and connection that sits beneath every asana, breath, and mantra.
You’ll learn to understand, and teach from, the energetic intelligence of yoga: how the body, mind, and prāṇa (life force) communicate through rhythm, element, and awareness.
Rooted in Āyurveda, enriched by the study of Nāḍīs, Chakras, Prāṇāyāma, Mantra, and Mudrā, this training bridges classical knowledge with modern application for teachers and practitioners alike.
Why this training exists
Most yoga trainings stop at anatomy. This one starts where anatomy ends, in the subtle space between breath and being.
It’s for the teacher who knows there’s more depth to share, and for the student who wants to experience yoga as a living, breathing philosophy.
You’ll leave not just with new knowledge, but with a new way of seeing, how to teach and live from the level of energy, intuition, and presence.
This training is Yoga Alliance–accredited and offers 50 Continuing Education (CE) hours, recognised globally.
It’s open to both:
-
Yoga teachers seeking CE points and a refined understanding of subtle practices.
-
Dedicated students ready to deepen personal practice, energy awareness, and self-study.

What You’ll Learn
A blend of ancient wisdom and contemporary application delivered through embodied learning, discussion, and practical teaching labs.
1. Foundations of Āyurveda
Understand the principles of guṇa (qualities), doṣa (constitutions), agni (digestive fire), and how to weave Ayurvedic intelligence into your classes and self-care. Learn to craft dharma talks that bring these concepts to life for your students.
2. Maps of the Subtle Body
Study nāḍīs (energy channels) and chakras as multidimensional systems; physical, emotional, spiritual. Discover how to use these maps safely and respectfully to guide energetic balance and transformation.
3. Prāṇāyāma & Breath Science
Learn the mechanics and energetics of breath, from foundational techniques like dirgha and sama vṛtti to refining pranayama sequences for seasonal, doshic, and nervous system needs. You’ll gain the tools to teach breath work safely and confidently.
4. Mantra & Sound
Explore the vibrational power of sound and how mantra affects the subtle body and mind. Develop confidence with Sanskrit pronunciation and understand how to integrate mantra with purpose and integrity.
5. Mudrā & Energetic Gesture
Learn how to use mudrā to channel energy, still the mind, and balance the doshas. Understand how these gestures support prāṇāyāma and meditation.
6. Sequencing for Season, Dosha & Moon
Craft intelligent, responsive classes guided by the cycles of nature, from Vata’s winds to Pitta’s fire to Kapha’s grounding earth.
Explore lunar sequencing and the art of aligning your classes with the moon’s rhythm and your students’ energetic needs.
7. Teaching with Dharma
Find your voice as a teacher. Learn to craft dharma talks that inspire without preaching, and build themes that feel authentic, embodied, and connected to your own lived experience.
8. Designing Workshops and Special Offerings
