Terms and conditions

By engaging with our services, attending workshops, booking sessions, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth operation for all parties involved. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase. If you have any questions, you're welcome to get in touch for clarification prior to finalising your booking.

Yoga Classes

Participants are kindly asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any class cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time may result in the forfeiture of the class fee, as it is unlikely the spot can be rebooked at short notice.
In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, participants are encouraged to contact Raewyn Fernandez at hello@raewynfernandez.com.au or 0433 424 864 as soon as possible to discuss potential alternative arrangements.
Any exceptions or class credits granted remain at the sole discretion of Raewyn Fernandez.

Thank you for respecting this policy, which helps maintain fairness and flow for all participants and the integrity of class scheduling.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the specified validity period, if any.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Redemption of gift vouchers is subject to availability and any specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Product Purchases

All product sales are final and non-refundable for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if goods are faulty or not as described, in accordance with NSW consumer law.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us promptly with details and proof of purchase so we can assist you.
Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable unless the fault is confirmed.

Workshops

Please note that all workshop bookings are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of workshop planning, including the advance purchase of resources, venue hire, and facilitator time.

Under extenuating circumstances only, Raewyn may offer a credit towards a future workshop, provided that a minimum of 72 hours' notice is given in writing prior to the scheduled workshop. Approval of such credit is at Raewyn’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

By enrolling in a workshop, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that changes or cancellations requested outside of these parameters cannot be accommodated.

Abhyanga Massage and Ayurveda Consultations

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 42 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 42 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of the full appointment fee.
Refunds are not issued for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Instead, a credit equal to the value of the original booking may be provided. This credit will be valid for three months from the date of issue and can be applied toward a future appointment.

All appointment changes must be communicated via email or text to ensure proper documentation and rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which allows us to manage appointment times effectively for all clients.

Website Builds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence all website projects. By paying this deposit, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and must be paid in full prior to the website being launched, transferred, or handed over.

Project Timeframe and Client Responsibilities

Website projects are expected to be completed within a maximum of three months from the project start date.
Timely collaboration is essential. Clients are responsible for providing all required content (including text, images, branding assets, and relevant logins), feedback on drafts, and approval of edits within a reasonable timeframe.
Delays caused by the client — including failure to provide content or feedback — may result in a paused or abandoned project.

Cancellation and Requote Policy

If a project extends beyond the three-month timeframe due to client delays, Raewyn reserves the right to cancel the website build.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and a new quote may be required should the client wish to recommence the project at a later date.

This policy ensures the smooth delivery of services and allows availability to be respected for all clients in the queue. Your cooperation in keeping the project on track is greatly appreciated.

Business Coaching Sessions

Business coaching sessions are non-refundable.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of that session, with no refund or credit offered.
Sessions must be used within the agreed coaching timeframe. If part of a multi-session package, all sessions must be scheduled and used within the timeframe outlined at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Raewyn is committed to delivering high-quality, focused support, and appreciates your commitment to showing up fully and on time.

Retreats and Courses

Retreat and course bookings are non-refundable at the time of payment. This is due to the significant planning involved, including the upfront costs of venue hire, facilitation, catering, materials, and accommodation. Your booking secures your place and allows for these arrangements to be made with confidence.

We strongly encourage participants to take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance, including illness, injury, family emergencies, or travel disruptions.

If you are no longer able to attend, your booking is transferable to another person. However, this transfer is the sole responsibility of the participant, including the handling of payment and communication. Raewyn Fernandez will not be liable for providing a refund, credit, or assistance in the transfer process.

For participants on a payment plan, if you cancel your place in a retreat or course, all funds paid up to that point will be forfeited and no refunds or credits will be issued.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and thank you for respecting the commitment required to bring these offerings to life.

Cancellations by Raewyn Fernandez

In the event of low enrolment, facilitator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, Raewyn Fernandez reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, or session.
Participants will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit for the full value, which can be used towards a future class, workshop, or service. The choice of refund or credit will be offered at the time of cancellation.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds may be issued for participant-initiated cancellations only when made within the required notice period, as outlined in the specific service section (e.g. yoga classes, workshops, consultations).
For payments made via credit card or online platforms, any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
In some cases, and at the sole discretion of Raewyn Fernandez, a credit may be offered in place of a refund. Credits will have a clearly communicated expiry period and can be applied toward future services.

Policy Updates

Please note that these cancellation and refund policies are subject to change. While every effort will be made to communicate any updates clearly and in advance, it is the responsibility of participants to review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions prior to booking.

If Raewyn Fernandez is delivering services in collaboration with another studio, venue, or organisation, additional or modified policies may apply. In such cases, participants are encouraged to check the cancellation terms provided by the host venue or partner organisation.
