Raewyn discovered yoga in primary school, practicing alongside her mother and began to explore the practice as a means for deeper self understanding and healing. For the last 8 years, Raewyn has taught Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga across a range of incredible settings including overseas retreats, corporate workplaces, gyms, classrooms and yoga studios.
Raewyn teaches a strong flowing practice and encourages playful and honest self exploration. She believes that by finding moments of stillness on the mat, we can create more space, richness and joy in our lives.
