Umama Yoga presents Let the Light In Spring yoga retreat. 

 

Nestled in the magnificent Blue Mountains of NSW, Vanam Eco Retreat offers the perfect location for a weekend of yoga, ayurveda, introspection and reflection.

Vanam Retreat offers an exceptional eco sanctuary for guests enjoyment and relaxation.  Vanam Retreat is an architecturally-designed living, breathing home of straw, cob, recycled timbers and earthen renders held within extensive landscaped gardens.

This retreat offers an opportunity to dive deep into the practices of yoga and ayurveda to support your body, mind and spirit as we emerge from the cocoon of Winter.

What to expect?

Guests can participate in as little or as much as they like. Accommodation is twin share and there is one queen room available. There are only 12 spots available so get in quick!

About your host....

Raewyn Fernandez
ERYT - 500
Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher.

Raewyn discovered yoga in primary school, practicing alongside her mother and began to explore the practice as a means for deeper self understanding and healing. For the last 8 years, Raewyn has taught Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga across a range of incredible settings including overseas retreats, corporate workplaces, gyms, classrooms and yoga studios. 

Raewyn teaches a strong flowing practice and encourages playful and honest self exploration. She believes that by finding moments of stillness on the mat, we can create more space, richness and joy in our lives.
