Cancellation Policy

Retreats and Courses Retreat and course bookings are non-refundable at the time of payment. This is due to the significant planning involved, including the upfront costs of venue hire, facilitation, catering, materials, and accommodation. Your booking secures your place and allows for these arrangements to be made with confidence. We strongly encourage participants to take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance, including illness, injury, family emergencies, or travel disruptions. If you are no longer able to attend, your booking is transferable to another person. However, this transfer is the sole responsibility of the participant, including the handling of payment and communication. Raewyn Fernandez will not be liable for providing a refund, credit, or assistance in the transfer process. For participants on a payment plan, if you cancel your place in a retreat or course, all funds paid up to that point will be forfeited and no refunds or credits will be issued. We understand that life can be unpredictable and thank you for respecting the commitment required to bring these offerings to life. ​
