Support your nervous system and immune system with an immersion into the ancient practices of yin yoga. If you have been feeling burnt out or running on an endless cycle of busy-ness, this immersion with provide you with a sacred pause and replenishment.
Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive poses that target the connective tissues. This practice is for you if you're tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy; if your mind is overactive or your energy levels erratic.
This Summer yin practice addresses the vulnerability of the body as we transition into the long summer period governed by the 'earth element'. We can stimulate the flow of chi and restore an overall sense of vibrancy and vitality in the body. The stimulation of chi can also take you out of stagnation in life and help you move towards your intentions - aligning your mind, body, and life with your wellness goals.
