I am SO EXCITED to welcome you to your Byron Summer Retreat!
Here you will find our itinerary, a packing list and some details of how to get to our incredible accommodation. I am hoping that it is everything you will need to prepare for this nourishing weekend of self care.
The important details...
Below is our itinerary for retreat. Check in is available from 4pm on Thursday the 26th of October, however you can arrive later than 4pm if you need a little more time to get in to Byron.

What to pack....
You can bring as much or as little as you like to Byron but here is a guide of what I would recommend having available when you come away to summer retreat.
Swimming costume - there are three pools and lots of downtime to cool off plus an ice bath for those who are brave enough
Walking shoes - there are some nature tracks that could be nice for a morning or evening walk.
Clothes that are easy to move in for our yoga practices
An offering of flowers- at least 5 stems
Layers for cooler weather in the early morning and evenings
Something tribal inspired for our celebration evening on Friday
Wet weather gear - just incase
Slip on shoes - easy to take on and off as we entyer and exit the yoga shale
Your yoga mat - if you have one
