Cancellation Policy

Abhyanga Massage and Ayurveda Consultations Clients are required to provide a minimum of 42 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 42 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of the full appointment fee. Refunds are not issued for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Instead, a credit equal to the value of the original booking may be provided. This credit will be valid for three months from the date of issue and can be applied toward a future appointment. All appointment changes must be communicated via email or text to ensure proper documentation and rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which allows us to manage appointment times effectively for all clients.
