At Rae's Table, The Podcast.

Real conversations on life, healing, philosophy, Ayurveda, yoga and what it means to live well.

At Rae’s Table is a podcast for honest, grounded and meaningful conversations.
A place where ancient wisdom meets modern life, where healing is explored beyond the surface, and where we sit with the questions that shape how we live, practise, work, mother, serve, create and come home to ourselves.

Hosted by Raewyn Fernandez, Ayurvedic health counsellor, yoga teacher, bodyworker and retreat facilitator, this podcast brings together teachers, practitioners, clients, creatives, healers and everyday humans with powerful stories to share.

These are conversations for those who are seeking more depth, more truth, more discernment and more connection in a world that often asks us to move too quickly.

Listen in, pull up a seat, and join us at the table.

A podcast for the quietly curious, the deep feelers and the seekers of something more.

There are some conversations that stay with you.

The kind that soften something in your body. The kind that help you understand your life through a different lens. The kind that remind you that healing is not always about fixing yourself, but learning how to relate to yourself, your body, your choices and your path with more honesty and compassion.

At Rae’s Table was created as a space for those conversations.

Through the lens of Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, embodied practice and modern lived experience, this podcast explores the many ways we return to ourselves. Some episodes are practical and educational. Some are reflective and philosophical. Some are deeply personal. All are created with the intention of bringing more clarity, connection and meaning to the way we live.

This is not a podcast about having all the answers.

It is a place to sit with better questions.

With over 1000 hours of formal yoga teacher training, I bring a deep, interdisciplinary approach to yoga instruction, drawing from years of study with distinguished international and Australian teachers, including Jasmine Tarkeshi, Mark Breadner, Katie Silcox, and the renowned Raju family Ayurvedic Physicians of India. My journey has taken me from teaching yoga in Sydney to Bali, Byron Bay, and South Africa, where I’ve worked to integrate the grounding wisdom of Yin Yoga with the holistic insights of Ayurveda.

This Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a reflection of my commitment to guiding teachers through practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. My teachings explore the power of Yin to calm and balance, supported by the ancient principles of Ayurveda to address each student’s unique constitution. I’m passionate about equipping teachers with the tools to create classes that foster both physical flexibility and inner resilience, weaving Ayurveda’s timeless philosophies throughout the practice of Yin. Join me on this journey to cultivate a teaching practice that harmonises the physical and energetic bodies, supporting you and your students in lasting well-being.
