AT Rae’s Table Podcast was born from that spirit, a space for honest conversations about yoga, Āyurveda, motherhood, healing, business, spirituality, creativity, and what it means to live authentically in a modern world.

In this solo episode, I share how grief, burnout, and motherhood led me home to one of Ayurveda’s most nurturing principles, dinacharya, the art of daily rhythm.

What began as resistance to the word “discipline” became a revelation: that consistency, in its gentlest form, is love in motion.

 

Through story and reflection, I explore what Ayurveda truly means, where it comes from, and how the smallest rituals, warm water at dawn, oil on the skin, stillness before sleep, can rebuild vitality, calm the nervous system, and help us remember who we are beneath the noise.
