Mother, Lover, Healer, Yogi.

I am blessed that my Mother introduced me to alternative traditions from an early age. I have always been drawn to tonics, tinctures and herbs, energy, movement and ancient healing practices.

After becoming a Mother, I felt incredibly isolated, ironically purposeless and despairing - all symptoms of my experience of a lack of community in our modern culture.

It was during this time that I came back to my yoga practice. I hadn’t practiced yoga for over 5 years and even then it was really only something I had dipped my toe in. It is so cliche to say, but true…. Yoga changed my life.

I dove deep into this yogic science, it’s traditions, it’s healing approach to a modern experience. I wanted to learn as much as I could. I wanted to understand how these shapes I made with my body, these breathing techniques, sitting in stillness, how all of these practices, so apparently simple, made me feel so well. I started to feel this spark inside of me. One that led me back to a place of purpose, joy, pleasure and connection.

I knew that I needed to continue to learn and share everything I could to help others around me heal and find their joy and connection again.

I am excited to let you know that my offerings are extending - after deep immersions in the study of Ayurveda, Abhyanga and Health Science, I am now available for one on one appointments to explore your health and lifestyle practices. These appointments include health coaching, diet and lifestyle support, herbal remedies, movement practices, massage (Abhyanga) and meditation.

Yoga and Ayurveda offer a thoughtful approach to maintaining balance between physical health and overall wellbeing. It is great to see coaches sharing their personal journeys and helping others discover practices that suit their individual needs. Along with mindful movement and relaxation techniques, tools such as a Knee massager can also provide extra comfort for people looking after tired or sore joints. Taking a holistic approach to wellness often means finding simple habits that fit naturally into everyday life. Your journey as a coach is genuinely inspiring and offers plenty of encouragement for others.
