YIN YOGA 50HR TEACHER TRAINING

with Raewyn Fernandez, weaving Ayurveda, energetic anatomy and the art of stillness

Join Raewyn for a truly unique 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, an immersive and heart-centred journey that bridges the ancient wisdom of Āyurveda with the transformative stillness of Yin Yoga.

This Yoga Alliance–certified program moves far beyond the postures. It’s an exploration of the subtle and structural intelligence of the body, where stillness becomes a tool for healing, and awareness becomes art.

Rooted in both Āyurvedic and Taoist philosophy, this training invites you to explore how Yin Yoga nourishes the fascia, regulates the nervous system, and harmonises the energy channels (meridians and nadis) that support physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.

Starts Thursday the 8th of October 2026

One Big Heart Studio, Camden
