There is a kind of exhaustion that sleep alone does not fix.
The kind carried quietly in the body. The racing mind at night. The tension held in the jaw, the shoulders, the belly. The feeling of being “on” for everyone else for so long that your nervous system no longer remembers how to fully soften.
The Sleep Club was created for that kind of tired.
A growing online library of deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, and rest practices designed to support sleep, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and deep exhale in the midst of modern life.
Created by Raewyn Fernandez, these practices blend the ancient wisdom of Yoga Nidra with grounding Ayurvedic principles to help you unwind, regulate, and return to yourself at the end of the day.
This is not about perfection, performance, or needing to “do more.”
It is about creating moments of pause.
Moments of stillness. Moments where the body feels safe enough to let go.
Whether you are navigating burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, hormonal shifts, motherhood, stress, grief, poor sleep, or simply the pace of everyday life, The Sleep Club offers practices you can return to again and again as part of your evening ritual or daily reset.

Why Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice often translated as “yogic sleep,” though it is not actually sleep at all. It is a guided state of conscious rest that allows the body to deeply relax while the mind gently settles.
Research has shown Yoga Nidra may help to support:
Sleep quality and relaxation
Stress reduction
Nervous system regulation
Emotional wellbeing
Mental clarity and focus
Fatigue and burnout recovery
Overall feelings of calm and restoration
Many people describe the practice as feeling held somewhere between waking and sleeping, where the body can finally exhale.
