Ayurvedic Bodywork
Restore your nervous system. Support your body's natural healing.
Ayurvedic bodywork is far more than massage.
These traditional therapies have been practised in India for thousands of years to nourish the body, calm the nervous system, improve circulation, support detoxification and encourage the body's innate capacity to heal.
Whether you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, inflamed, experiencing chronic pain, or simply craving deep rest, there is a treatment designed to meet you where you are.
Not sure which treatment is right for you? Below you'll find a simple guide to each therapy.
Abhyanga
Best for: Stress, burnout, fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety and general wellbeing
This is where most people begin.
Abhyanga is a full-body warm oil treatment using long, rhythmic strokes that calm the nervous system while nourishing the tissues. It encourages deep relaxation, improves circulation, supports healthy lymphatic flow and leaves you feeling grounded and restored.
Choose from:
75 Minute Abhyanga
Perfect if you're looking for a regular nervous system reset.
90 Minute Abhyanga
Includes additional time to work more deeply, allowing the body to completely unwind.
Ideal if you're experiencing:

External Basti
Best for: Chronic pain, injury support and joint health
External Basti is a targeted treatment designed to deliver warm medicated oil directly to a specific area of the body.
A small reservoir is created over the affected joint or area, allowing the therapeutic oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues.
It is commonly used for lower back pain, knees, shoulders, neck pain and long-standing injuries.
