External basti therapy is a deeply rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatment where warm, medicated oil is gently held in place by a dough dam over a specific area of the body, often the lower back, spine, or neck. This targeted oil therapy works on both physical and subtle levels to reduce inflammation, ease pain, support spinal health, and nourish the nervous system. Especially beneficial for conditions like sciatica, herniated discs, stiff neck, and frozen shoulder, basti helps restore vitality to tissues and prevent further degeneration, without invasive intervention.

Bodywork Policy Thank you for choosing to receive Ayurvedic bodywork. Each treatment is thoughtfully prepared and tailored to support your individual needs. Full payment, or any required deposit, is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. As dedicated time has been reserved especially for you, a minimum of 42 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 42 hours, or missed appointments, may incur the full treatment fee. Ayurvedic bodywork is designed to support health and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please advise me prior to your appointment if you are pregnant, have any injuries, allergies, medical conditions or are taking medication that may affect your treatment. Some therapies may not be suitable in certain circumstances and may be modified or postponed for your safety.
