Service Description
Puppus Basti is a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic therapy designed to support and restore respiratory health. In this treatment, a gentle pool of warm, medicated herbal oil is held over the chest area, allowing the therapeutic properties to absorb deeply into the tissues surrounding the lungs. This process helps to open the respiratory channels, soothe inflammation, and strengthen lung function. Traditionally, Puppus Basti is offered both as a preventative care practice and as a supportive treatment for a range of respiratory conditions, including: • Asthma • Bronchitis • Difficulty in breathing • Hyperventilation • Shallow breathing • Lingering coughs or post-infection weakness By combining warmth, herbal potency, and the stillness of the Basti method, Puppus Basti helps create a sense of spaciousness in the chest, ease in the breath, and renewed vitality.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT • For bookings made 30 days or less to the date of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. • For bookings made 30 days or more to the date of check-in, a deposit of 10% of booking total is required at the time of booking and the balance will be invoiced to guest with milestone payments - final balance must be paid 45 days prior to your arrival. 5. CANCELLATION • If you cancel a minimum of 3 months prior to your arrival date, your will be credited your balance less deposit paid. In certain circumastances, refunds may be provided, however these can take up to 90 days to process. • If you cancel between 3 – 1 month of your arrival date, 50% of your total booking will be charged as a cancellation fee • If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of your total booking tariff will be charged as a cancellation
